WARRANTY POLICY

*  Mechanical defect or damage within 15 days of purchase will be replaced.

*  Coating layer erosion has a 60 day warranty.

*  Repairs can be made beyond the warranty.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The manufacturer’s packaging and photocopy of the warranty are required for warranty conditions to be met.  In the absence of such, a repair fee and postage will be charged.

PROPER USE OF MAGNETIC JEWELRY:

*  Jewelry is not be worn during bathing, showering washing dishes, and any other activity during which the jewelry might come in contact with water.  This will prevent any of the fixed parts (magnets, crystals, etc.) from falling out.

*  Jewelry is not to be worn while bathing in thermal or natural waters.  Seawater in particular can be harmful to the jewelry.

*  Remove jewelry before going to sleep to avoid any mechanical damage to the jewelry.

*  Avoid coming into contact with chemicals while wearing the jewelry because it can otherwise damage the coating layer (avoid contact with sulfur and phosphorus).

*  Do not wear the jewelry while performing physical work in order to prevent physical damage to the jewelry
